Joint-Win Partners is one of the enterprise insolvency administrators appointed by Shanghai High People's Court. Joint-Win Partners’ insolvency administration team is familiar with insolvency administration process and has rich practical experience in insolvency cases. The team is able to help creditors and debtors formulate reasonable insolvency plans and provide reasonable rights protection suggestions for creditors. The insolvency management service team is committed to helping bankrupt enterprises in trouble to promote restructuring; helping local governments guide bankrupt enterprises to carry out reorganization, liquidation or conciliation, and alleviate pressure on stability maintenance; helping the shareholders block the creditor's rights through liquidation; helping the legal representative of bankrupt enterprises guard against criminal legal risks.

Service Range

• Providing debt resolution service and prepackaged reorganization service. Checking the repayment of corporate debts, assisting corporate managers in establishing an internal debt risk reporting system, classifying different risk events, and putting forward and implementing targeted solutions in a timely manner.

• Serving as the administrator of bankruptcy reorganization cases of distressed enterprises. Investigating and liquidating the assets and liabilities, reviewing the declaration of creditor's rights, financial audit and asset evaluation, and recruiting reorganization investors.

• Drafting reorganization plan, organizing a creditors' meeting to consider and pass the draft reorganization plan, and submitting it to the people's court for ruling, supervising the implementation of the reorganization plan, and restoring normal operation of the reorganized enterprise, or having it enter insolvency liquidation.
