1. In the company resolution dispute between Hongda (Shanghai) Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Yao, representing the investor (the defendant/respondent) to reject all the litigation requests of the plaintiff/petitioner. The case is selected by the Supreme People’s Court as a national publicized case.

2. Handling the contract dispute case proposed by Shanghai Panda Entertainment Culture Co., Ltd against Li Cen and Kunshan BIU Information Technology Co., Ltd, which was selected as the Guidance Case No.189 by the Supreme People's Court.

3. Handling the equity dispute between Weng and Lu that had lasted 10 years, which was consigned temporarily under the condition that the original case was remanded for retrial, gaining support in all the procedures of first instance, second instance and retrial, and successfully transferring the equity worthy of over 10 million yuan as early as 10 years ago to the person concerned.

4. Representing a state-owned automobile parts enterprises in Shanghai to successfully recover over 10 million yuan in various ways of litigation, execution, bankruptcy application and reconciliation.

5. Representing a Fujian company to respond to an equity transfer dispute, acting as the agent in all the procedures from the first instance to retrial, and successfully rejecting all the litigation requests worth over 14 million yuan of the plaintiff (petitioner).

6. Representing Hu to win a private lending dispute and, after identifying the executee transferring real estate, proposing the charge of the right of revocation and acquiring success.

7. As a manager, representing a bankrupt enterprise to handle a share repurchase dispute, and successfully rejecting the litigation request and other repurchase claims worth over 10 million yuan of the plaintiff (creditor) against the shareholders and debtors.

8. Handling the equity transfer dispute between Ye and Sheng, and successfully restoring the fact of foreign investment conducted over 10 years ago. The final judgment helped the person concerned terminate the equity transfer agreement after 10 years and Sheng refunded all the investment.

In non-litigation business, Lawyer Hu Zhemin is also a first-session individual associate member of Shanghai Association of Bankruptcy Administrators. As a manager and a director, he once handled dozens of large-scale bankruptcy cases (such as the bankruptcy liquidation case of Shanghai Panda Entertainment Culture Co., Ltd and the bankruptcy liquidation case of Shanghai Shending International Science and Education Co., Ltd);

With rich practicing experience, he is competent in helping construct and perfect the internal management system and control operational risks for companies. Since practicing, he has assisted several domestic large group companies to conduct equity structure adjustment; helped a listed resource company to sign a comprehensive utilization demonstration project worth no more than 4.5 billion yuan with a prefecture-level city; and handled dozens of litigation and non-litigation projects for financial institutes and financial companies like Ping An Bank, Bank of China, Industrial Bank and Ping An International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd, acquiring high recognition of clients.
