Wenliang Shan

Mr. Shan Wenliang has been engaged in the lawyer industry since 2015. After obtaining the lawyer's practice certificate in 2016, he focused on the company's commercial business, bankruptcy, civil and commercial litigation arbitration, criminal defense and handling of labor cases.

Lawyer Shan once provided legal services such as litigation and arbitration for an export credit insurance company, a wholly foreign-owned pharmaceutical company, a wharf storage company and a tank rental company, represented a large number of labor dispute cases, striving for due legal rights and interests for customers;

He worked out a lawsuit scheme for a lost foreign trade agency case to claim and realize rights and interests through entrustment contract disputes separately, participated in the implementation and provided an agency scheme for a multi-mortgage.
