1. Acting as the special and perennial legal adviser of dozens of companies like Tencent Network, Zhongcheng Construction, Zhongxing Construction, Tianmao Steel Structure, Wanglong Tech, Welly Energy, Cixi Traffic Construction, Kingpoint Dongxue, Yuelin Construction, Jinyang Steel Structure, Stihl Group, Shanghai New Construction, Ruly Group and Xinchang Roadbed, Palcan New Energy,providing legal services for many companies on legal issues in core fields like main business risk prevention and control, commercial dispute settlement and enforcement, etc; including but not limited to designing negotiation and litigation schemes in the engineering construction field for his client, successfully acquiring project funds of about 200 million yuan; and designing negotiation and litigation schemes to for his client, achieving its acceptance of credit assets worth 50 million yuan as well as core assets under the credit from large joint-equity banks and state-owned guarantee companies;

Acting as the core leader of the legal team to provide legal services of equity restructuring, asset restructuring and business restructuring after due diligence for China Top 500 enterprise groups and over 30 of their holding subsidiaries, participating in the acquisition of a large technology manufacturing enterprise by a transnational industrial group as well as the implementation and promotion of key modules in the acquisition integration; and providing whole-process legal support for the scheme design, negotiation, agreement execution and asset separation before, during and after the acquisition integration;

Acting as the special and perennial legal adviser for the establishment and registration as well as major modifications of dozens of fund managers like Silver Leaf, Kingpoint, Dianshi, Shenxin and Richarmony, providing legal services for the planning and establishment and compliant operation of private fund enterprises as well as the establishment, compliant operation, withdrawal and dispute settlement of private fund products; including issuing legal opinions for private fund companies worth over tens of billions yuan to achieve regulatory compliance in time, obtaining private fund “licenses” in a rapid way for private funds in the field of auto and new energy with the aim of issuing private funds in a scale of tens of millions yuan; and safeguarding the compliant issuance of multiple funds to avoid regulatory risks and criminal risks;

4. Acting as the special legal adviser for many large- and medium-sized manufacturing companies and their holding shareholders and actual controllers, including Loyalty Technology, Naiji Technology and Ruiguang Technology, providing legal services of control power dispute governance, criminal risk prevention and control, non-performing asset package disposal, debt restructuring scheme design, corporate governance legal document design, share reform and listing plan design, acquisition reorganization trade plan design and difficult and complicated credit acquisition.
