Lawyer Jiang Ke led the team to conduct full legal due diligence on the project site and issued the Due Diligence Report of a Trade City in Jiangyan to the customer and based on this, designed the transaction scheme of "debt-bearing acquisition", which saved the transaction tax for the customer and finally helped the customer successfully complete the acquisition;
