Zhou Yuntao, male, Han nationality, born in September 1968 is a member of China Democratic National Construction Association. Since practicing in 2004, he has represented more than 1,000 civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases involving property insurance contracts, construction contracts, technical development contract disputes, private lending, guarantee contracts, traffic accident damage compensation liability disputes and so on,provided defense for defendants in many criminal cases with great influence and represented criminal victims in incidental civil litigation and other cases. Acting for a number of financial and insurance institutions in litigation cases involving insurance liability and many major cases were supported by the first trial, the second trial and the second trial support the change of judgment.

He is currently a member of the Research Committee of Civil and Commercial Litigation Business of Shanghai Lawyers Association, an intern lawyer of Shanghai Lawyers Association who applied for practice examination. He has obtained the qualification of independent director of listed companies issued by Shanghai Stock Exchange and the qualification of secretary of the board of directors of listed companies issued by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Lawyer Zhou Yuntao has participated in the legislative discussion on the revision of the Civil Procedure Law organized by the National People's Congress and the National Lawyers Association, participated in writing the business guidelines for lawyers of Shanghai Lawyers Association to provide legal services for the acquisition of real estate projects and the business guidelines for lawyers of Shanghai Lawyers Association to conduct litigation trials.
