From 2017 to present: Lawyer Guan has been commissioned by Shanghai SC Consumer Finance Corporation to serve as their regular legal counselor and responsible for answering the company’s daily legal questions, reviewing contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, disposal of non-performing assets and other legal matters.

From 2018 to present: Lawyer Guan has been commissioned by Industrial Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. and handled over one thousand non-performing assets in form of litigation;

2021: Lawyer Guan was enlisted in the Legal Service Achieves of the Bank of China Shanghai Branch and accepted commission to engage in litigation legal projects of disposing non-performing assets;

From 2021 to present: Lawyer Guan has been commissioned by Ping An Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. and responsible for providing legal services in their special legal service project of external documents compliance inspection and optimization, compliance performance of the General Meeting, Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors and Senior Management as well as the regulatory rating exercise project;

2020: Lawyer Guan accepted the commission from National Science and Technology Park of Tongji University to review, in whole process, the legality and compliance of the Park’s transfer of its held shares of Shanghai Tongpu Technology, and to issue Legal Opinion to Shanghai Equity Exchange, so as to prove that the transfer was in compliance with related laws and regulations;

2021: Lawyer Guan accepted the commission from Shanghai Tobacco Group to issue Legal Opinion to Shanghai Equity Exchange over the transfer of the shares of Shaoxing Wangbaohe Wine Factory held by Shanghai Central Hotel, a subsidiary of the Group, so as to prove that the transfer was in compliance with related laws and regulations.
