    • Practised in 1995 and worked as a part-time lawyer;

      Participated in trademark agency work of many major projects in Shanghai, solved difficult and complicated trademark cases of many well-known enterprises;

      From 2000, she began to participate in the intellectual property work in the bidding process of Shanghai World Expo 2010. After the successful bidding in 2002, the Shanghai World Expo Affairs Coordination Bureau carried out the intellectual property work of the Expo and after the hosting in 2010, Shanghai World Expo Development (Group) Co., Ltd. was established to provide full trademark services. Awarded the Outstanding Individual Award by the Shanghai World Expo Coordination Bureau;

      In 2004, she participated in intellectual property consulting services for Formula One racing in Shanghai.

      In 2005, she successfully represented the unified anti-counterfeiting actions of ten industrial and commercial branches in Shanghai for Pirsa Plastic Company in Turkey.

      In 2006, she successfully solved the trademark registration of "shanghai new world" of Ruian Real Estate Co., Ltd.;

      In 2010, she successfully won the trademark cybersquatting cases of "MELTYKISS" which lasted for 7 years for Meiji Company of Japan;

      In 2013,she represented Shanghai Tobacco Group Co., Ltd. in the invalidation case of "China Cigarettes", which lasted for 5 years and was terminated when the Beijing Higher People's Court ruled that Shanghai Tobacco Group Co., Ltd. won the case.
