Lawyer Shen Hao has been a reserve cadre in the former Nanhui District since July 2008, and worked in a financing lease company, a small loan company and a commercial factoring company (the three separate companies in the charge of one organized group with three separate brands) under Shanghai Nanhui Industrial Park Management Committee and Shanghai Yiliu Energy Group; from April 2020 to November 2021, he joined Beijing Long An Law Firm Shanghai Branch as a professional lawyer, and later acted as the deputy general manager of Suzhou Aopu Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd, a set-up company engaged in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements at Tsinghua University; and took post of a professional lawyer at Joint-Win Partners since September 2023.

Before practicing, he had been focusing on specific legal affairs in the frontline financial sector, conducting in-depth engagement in the whole process of projects from early-stage investigation, mid-stage examination to late-stage handling. His work contents mainly included: drafting various agreements based on specific demands, participating in negotiation and providing legal opinions, designing disposal solutions in time upon client abnormalities and taking the responsibility to actually implement such solutions.

Lawyer Shen Hao is well aware of corporate governance as well as the arrangement rules for shareholders and management, and also familiar with the true demands of various market subjects. He has mastered the planning, preparing and handling of civil and commercial dispute settlement, and is good at assisting clients to solve problems efficiently in the most economic way.
