Having abundant industrial experience in the fields of communication and IT.

Once taking post of the special intellectual property adviser in a 5G IoT chip enterprise, helping the enterprise formulate the SEP Response Guidance, comb the business secret protection system comprehensively and scheme its patent layout strategies;

Having handled a number of patent infringement disputes and invalidation cases, covering patents in fields of communication products, electric devices and medical equipment; hanving handled trademark infringement and anti-unfair competition litigation for multiple enterprises, including a series of renowned enterprises such as Huawei, Guangxi LiuGong, GreenTree Inn and Shandong Hongjitang.

Publishing opinions on China Intellectual Property News on the special topic of SEP as an invited guest; publishing a number of professional analysis articles on professional media like Shanghai Bar Association, IPLead, IPRdaily; and being invited to give lectures on SEP at an intellectual property exchange salon in the communication industry hosted by IPRdaily.
