Having abundant industrial experience in the fields of communication and IT.

      Once taking post of the special intellectual property adviser in a 5G IoT chip enterprise, helping the enterprise formulate the SEP Response Guidance, comb the business secret protection system comprehensively and scheme its patent layout strategies;

      Having handled a number of patent infringement disputes and invalidation cases, covering patents in fields of communication products, electric devices and medical equipment; hanving handled trademark infringement and anti-unfair competition litigation for multiple enterprises, including a series of renowned enterprises such as Huawei, Guangxi LiuGong, GreenTree Inn and Shandong Hongjitang.
