In a construction engineering contract dispute, he represented the actual constructor to claim the joint responsibility of the employer within the scope of outstanding construction payment, winning support of the people’s court.

In a contracting contract dispute, he represented the contractor to claim the breach of contract by the employer due to insufficient order quantity, winning support of the people’s court.
