Zhang Bin, the director of Joint-Win Partners (Vietnam), as well as his team, is expert in the international economic law, and focuses on legal service fields like overseas investment, financing, M&A and customs legal affairs. Having worked in Vietnam for 11 years, he has accumulated abundant experience in overseas investment and establishment of project companies in Vietnam. He has served hundreds of enterprises where he is directly responsible to set up main bodies in Vietnam and provides perennial legal advice, covering a number of investment industries such as finance, real estate, manufacturing, logistics, mining and electronics and working as a professional for tens of thousands of hours. He once provided legal services for renowned enterprises and substantial projects in Vietnam. When providing services, he is able to figure out legal service plans rapidly and solve difficult and complicated transnational cases based on the specific situation of the projects.
