Lawyer Fan Shihua has a good knowledge of legal theories and proficient professional skills, especially exploring deep in the labor law and labor and personnel management. Fan got engaged in the law industry in 2016 and has provided comprehensive legal advice services for different types of enterprises and units including but not limited to ASML, Mattel Barbie, Shanghai Film Technology Plant, Hongfang Group, Swissôtel Grand Shanghai, and has accumulated abundant practical experience in the construction of company systems, practical training, as well as the production, review and revision of labor and personnel documents. Lawyer Fan also represents clients to participate in various arbitration and litigation cases, assists clients to respond to emergencies and crises, and helps clients communicate and negotiate with employees.
