Lawyer Chen Yu started practicing in 2017 and focuses on the professional fields of investment and financing, private equity funds and company M&A.

Lawyer Chen Yu once acted as the leader lawyer and conducted external equity investment for investment companies like the US Platinum Fund, Shanghai Semiconductor Equipment Industry Fund and Unity Asset Management and handled equity acquisition/sales projects for a series of large state-owned enterprises, Sino-foreign joint ventures and wholly foreign-owned enterprises; he also handled the private fund manager registration and major change registration for many private fund companies, and offered legal services related to the establishment, launch, filing and overseas investment of private fund products, accumulating abundant practicing experience.
