Before that, she worked as a senior legal manager in large state-owned enterprises and foreign listed companies, with a compound background of economist and human resource manager. After practicing, She focuses on the professional fields of company law, labor law and debt crisis handling, dedicated to providing legal advice for enterprises.

In recent years, Lawyer Yang Lingru mainly handles cases in Shanghai and Suzhou upon labor disputes, personal injuries, debts and credits, contract disputes, company law and real estate disputes; accumulating abundant practical experience in the fields of labor law, personal injuries, company equity disputes and debt crisis handling. She has participated in dozens of legal projects involving a target of over 10 million yuan, independently dealt with over a hundred litigation cases, and won some difficult cases of great controversy. With her abundant experience in litigation and non-litigation legal practices, She is determined to maintain the legal rights and interest of the clients and provide high-quality legal services for all walks of life.
