Participating in the drafting and negotiation of the whole set of legal documents for multiple plays or operas, including but not limited to TV play investment cooperation agreements, script creation entrustment contracts, artist agency contracts, confidentiality agreements, copyright transfer contracts, cartoon image licenses and copyright pledge contracts, etc;

Participating in the drafting and negotiation of the supporting legal documents for intellectual property transfer of many technology enterprises, including but not limited to patent exploitation license contracts;

Participating in A-share investment projects of many technology companies.
