    • Lawyer Min Zeren started to work as a lawyer in 2015 and later acquired the lawyer’s license. In 2023 he joined Shanghai Joint-Win Partners Law Firm. Before that, he worked in King & Wood Mallesons Law Firm Shanghai Branch, DLA Piper Global Law Firm Shanghai Representative Office and a leading fin-tech unicorn company.

      Part of the projects and cases include: providing legal services for WeWork to acquire Naked Hub; providing legal services for CBRE to acquire the partial assets of a logistics real estate group; providing legal services for project financing transactions of financial institutions like HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley; providing legal services for real estate financing transactions of Prologis and other enterprises; providing legal services for a fin-tech company to obtain multiple financial licenses and financial compliance affairs in the Asia-Pacific region; and providing legal services for the reshaping of China Foreign Exchange Trading Center.
