Lawyer Pan Lei started practicing in 2014, focusing on company law, contract law and criminal defense. Pan Lei graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2007, majoring in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law (Law School) and has a solid legal theoretical foundation. After becoming a practicing lawyer, he participated in or handled hundreds of civil and criminal cases independently, and accumulated rich legal practice experience. In addition to his own work, he actively participated in social public legal services, and was on duty at Shanghai Judicial Bureau, Huangpu District Judicial Bureau and Jing 'an District Judicial Bureau respectively, providing legal consulting services for Shanggong, Guangyan and freshman communities in Jing 'an District. Good deeds are not enough for politics, and law deeds are not enough for self-determination. Lawyers should not only be simple legal workers, but also take the progress of the rule of law as their own responsibility, make efforts to improve the general legal literacy of the people and contribute to the construction of "the rule of good law".
