Lawyer Kong Lingbin started practicing in 2010, focusing on dispute resolution in the financial and commercial fields: commercial contract disputes, financial leasing disputes and company equity disputes.

In litigation business, Mr. Kong Lingbin has provided legal services for Pudong Branch of China Construction Bank, Pudong Branch of Bank of China, Zhejiang Branch of Ping An Property Insurance Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Branch of Ping An Property Insurance Co., Ltd., and accumulated rich practice experience, handling more than 400 cases. He has represented the Shanghai High Court and sent it back to the Intermediate People's Court for retrial. In July 2020, he successfully reached a settlement agreement with the subsidiaries of Brilliance Auto Group and recovered all economic losses for the customers before the bankruptcy of the parent company.

In the non-litigation business, he is good at using financial instruments to solve the separation of enterprise and personal assets of middle and high-end customers, flexibly arrange entrepreneurs' equity and property inheritance and provide entrepreneurs with equity structure design schemes.
