Lawyer Sun Li started practicing in 2015, focusing on investment and financing, mergers, acquisitions and perennial legal counsel for enterprises.

Lawyer Sun Li has participated in angel round, PE, VC and pre-IPO financing of many enterprises. The representative projects include: providing legal services for Daoyuan Capital's financing of Yiteng Pharmaceutical before listing and the simultaneous listing of Yiteng Pharmaceutical in the United States and China after financing; providing legal services for Shanghai Suokun's financing of Nanjing Touch Smart Angel Round and providing legal services for a certain person's financing of Shanghai Youtong Trading Co., Ltd.

Lawyer Sun Li has been involved in domestic/cross-border M&A projects of several companies, involving real estate, public projects, education and medical care. Representatives of the project include: providing legal services for Beijing SDIC to acquire 100% equity of Prak Company, a major business subsidiary of Lockerbie Water Group of Sweden; providing legal services for Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group to acquire a plot of Shanghai Qiyao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. located in Xinzhuang, Minhang; providing legal services for Lingsheng Investment to acquire Shanghai Anbixin Tianjin and Wuhan Logistics Park; Providing legal services for Shanghai Minhang United Development Co., Ltd. to acquire Shanghai Jiaotong University Science Park; and providing legal services for Blackstone China to acquire Gymboree Early Learning Group.

Lawyer Sun Li has been involved in many major commercial disputes, including the bill fraud case of bank of Tianjin Shanghai Branch of RMB 1.9 billion, and the project audit dispute of Langham Group's comprehensive real estate project of RMB 4 billion in Haining and so on.

Lawyer Sun Li has provided perennial legal advisory services for many companies, including Baoxin Bird Group and Shanghai Fuyuan Binjiang Development Co., Ltd.
