He has been deeply involved in handling more than one billion yuan project contract dispute litigation and won favorable results for the parties with his unique insights, ideas and strategies in many major and complex cases.

He has successfully represented a company's construction manager in claiming over one million overtime pay cases during the project period, the company's senior manager in claiming over 600,000 compensation cases for illegal termination of labor contracts and other dozens of labor dispute cases.
