Since practicing, lawyer Wang Shuai have focused on capital markets, private equity funds and civil and commercial dispute resolution.

He has provided compliance advice and issued legal opinions for many small and medium-sized enterprises to apply for listing on the "New Third Board", also issued legal opinions for many private fund managers to apply for manager registration, and participated in the drafting, revision and review of transaction documents in the issuance of many private fund products. He has also represented investors/invested enterprises in due diligence, transaction structure design, transaction document review and revision, etc.
