Recently, the [2024 Shanghai·CBLJ Summit] was concluded. This year, the event was hosted by China Business Law Journal, an international legal media firm, and gathered over 500 corporate senior management and legal elites from over 300 enterprises at home and abroad. More than 90 industry leaders gave speeches on the stage, covering 13 hot topics. 

At the meeting, a number of renowned entrepreneurs, senior decision-makers and founders of listed companies and financial institutions, senior legal personnel of both Chinese and overseas enterprises, as well as legal scholars made brilliant analysis on the current legal dilemmas, crucial fields and development trends. 

Lawyer Jun Liu, Lawyer Meng Tang and Lawyer Yongjie Wang as senor partners of Joint-Win Partners all participated in the roundtable dialogue of the CBLJ Summit, sharing and exchanging ideas upon the topic of “practical response in lawyers’ and legal work to the revision and implementation of the New Company Law” by giving in-depth discussions from various perspectives of the perfection of the registered capital subscription system, the compensation liabilities of shareholders failing to make full and timely contributions, and contribution verification and collection responsibilities of the board of directors. The distinguished guests present at the meeting listened to the dialogue attentively and altogether, they created a lively and conscientious atmosphere on the site.
