He once provided legal services for A-share initial public offering projects like “CZ-TEC”; for the restructuring and M&A of listed companies, such as the cash acquisition of Shanghai Future High-tech by “NBTM Holdings”; for non-public offering stock items, public offering convertible bond items and restrictive stock incentive plans of “Bairun Holdings”; and for the private fund manager registration, private fund establishment and liquidation as well as dispute settlement during the holding period of “XingCheng Capital”, and acted as the perennial legal adviser of multiple companies.
