Lawyer Tang Jīngjié has an LL.M. at the University of Sydney, with working languages of both Chinese and English, and is good at legal practices in the fields of real estate, engineering construction and civil and commercial dispute settlement.

Lawyer Tang Jīngjié has provided legal services of perennial legal advice and agency of non-litigation and litigation cases for large famous enterprises at home and abroad mainly engaged in real estate, construction, financial and consulting service industries.

Lawyer Tang Jīngjié has participated in the factoring, litigation, execution and bankruptcy procedures of cases involving a litigation target of over 1.6 billion yuan, as well as a number of difficult cases such as construction contract disputes , international goods purchase contract disputes, equity disputes, house purchase contract disputes, bill disputes, unjust enrichment disputes, financial loan contract disputes and infringement liability disputes, with a solid legal theoretical foundation and abundant practical experience.

Providing legal services of preliminary legal due diligence for a number of private equity funds under Realway Capital to invest in many real estate investment and financing projects of CIFI Group like a real estate project in Beijing, a real estate project in Qingkou, Yiwu, a real estate project in Oujiangkou, Wenzhou and a wide prevention project in Dalian;

2. Providing legal services of preliminary legal due diligence for many real estate investment projects Jupai Holdings Limited and San-Sum Group;

3. Providing legal due diligence for the acquisition of the commercial property project located in Hongjing East Eighth District held by Shanghai Hongjing Investment Group by YHX Group;

4. Conducting legal due diligence for the acquisition of the Waigaoqiao industrial project held by Tomson Group by Urban Land Property;

5. Participating and handling the service contract dispute and technology contract dispute between Ehouse Enterprise Group and Fusheng Group as well as its many subsidiaries and Beijing Taihe;

6. Participating and handling the international goods purchase contract arbitration between Marzocchi (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd, an Italian brand of parts and accessories, and the automotive transmission company of SAIC Group;

7. Participating and handling the factoring, litigation, execution and bankruptcy procedures of the litigation cases (involving a litigation target of over 1.6 billion yuan) of many private equity funds related to Joyland Assets Management;

8. Assisting Grand Gateway Hang Lung Company as a resident lawyer of the legal department to deal with commercial property lease disputes, daily contract examination and other legal affairs of Grand Gateway 66.

9. Dealing with the drafting and revision of transaction texts, opening of projects, sales, daily contract examination and management and relevant legal dispute settlement and coordination involved in the project of a project company of Realway Capital as a resident lawyer of the legal department;

10. Participating and handling a number of house purchase contract disputes, engineering construction contract disputes, private loan contract disputes, house lease contract disputes and etc.
