Before joining Shanghai Zhengce Law Firm, lawyer Yang worked in a top private equity fund and a large law firm in China.He has rich experience in the fields of private equity fund establishment and investment, investment and financing, corporate mergers and acquisitions, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.

He has provided legal services for a central enterprise background company to introduce strategic investors, Zhongman Holdings (the holding company of Zhongman Petroleum, a listed company with stock code of 603619) to invest abroad, disposal of non-performing assets of Zhongnan Capital, foreign investment of a large Japanese holding group, and foreign investment of several private equity funds which include legal due diligence, transaction structure design, negotiation of transaction conditions and drafting of investment agreements;

He has provided full-process legal services for more than ten private equity funds initiated and established by many private equity fund managers in China, and provided full-process legal services for many private equity fund managers under Meihua Venture Capital, Fupu Capital and Yuwang Capital to register in fund industry associations and change major events;

He has provided full-process legal services for a number of enterprises to issue targeted financing plan products through local financial asset exchanges and to purchase income right products of final assets;

He has participated in many civil and commercial lawsuits and labor arbitration cases.
