    • Zhao Ling You is a senior partner of Joint-Win Partners,and the founding partner of Ningbo Branch. As the director of the international department, he possesses integrated expertise in law, management, international trade, econometrics, and finance, and is well-versed in both international trade theory and practice. Over the past decade, he has provided legal services to commercial clients from the United States, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey, and other countries. Specializing in cross-border civil and commercial dispute resolution and non-contentious legal matters, he is dedicated to delivering optimal solutions, minimizing dispute resolution costs, and maximizing client benefits, earning him high client recognition. He has been recognized on China Business Law Journal’s “The A-List: China’s Elite Lawyers 2023.”

The projects include: 

      Represented a Hong Kong client in handling asset dispute in the Mainland and recovering all losses for the client;

      Represented a client in a cross-border service contract dispute; the case was settled through mediation after three court hearings, protecting the client’s interests;

      Represented a client in a financial retrial case; the original judgment was revoked and amended upon retrial;

      Represented an East Asian client to handle the confirmation of its domestic assets, providing legal services in different cities throughout the whole process, and finally achieving the purpose of entrustment.;

      Represented an international trading company in a compensation dispute arising from a 15 million RMB equity transfer transaction fifteen years ago, maximizing the client's interests;

      Represented a client in a multi-hearing contract dispute where the client was initially in an unfavorable position; after engagement, a key breach by the counterparty was identified, leading to a successful outcome;

      Acted as a legal consultant for the three-dimensional equity design, personalized charter modification and business model design of an artificial intelligence (AI) project of a domestic high-tech company.
